Fees and payments
Our payment options are listed on this page. These can be used to pay your family accounts, including school fees.
Contact us if you have any questions or need extra time to make a payment.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Our school accepts direct bank transfers for school fee and family account payments. Use your child’s name and a brief description if possible, for example ‘sfee’ for ‘school fee’.

EFTPOS
Our front office has EFTPOS facilities. You can visit the front office to pay your account, or you can pay by credit card over the phone: (08) 8382 8206.
The front office is open during school terms between 8.30am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
QKR!
Lonsdale Heights Primary uses the QKR app for a range of payments. You can purchase school uniforms, pay for school fees, excursions, special events, and lunch orders.
Please download the QKR! App from the Play store or Apple store and sign in with your child’s details.
School card support
If you’re a low-income family with children attending government schools, you can get financial help with school fees, materials and services charges through the School Card scheme.
School Card is available to:
- families with children aged four years and over who attend a school full-time
- independent full-time students studying year 10, 11 or 12
- adult re-entry students who are completing their SACE.

Online payments
Make an online payment
You can pay your school invoices and your OSHC or vacation care invoices online.
Payment instructions
- Click on the ‘online payment option’.
- Enter your family ID/code (from the school invoice or statement).
- Enter your name (person making payment).
- Enter the description or invoice number and your child’s last name.
- Enter the amount of the payment.
- Click on the icon matching your card type (MasterCard or Visa).
- Enter your credit card number and expiry date.
- Enter the card verification number/CVN (the 3 digit code on the back of your card).
- Click ‘proceed’.
- After 3 to 5 seconds your payment will be processed and the receipt information will be displayed.
- Either click the print view or enter your email address and click ‘send email’ to get a copy of your receipt.
- You can now exit the payment page.
